This free YIN drop-in call welcomes women of all ages who are looking to join the living, who feel to explore what it means to be woman and take a closer look at what stands in the way.

Let's nourish our Yin for a better health, emotionally and physiologically.
As women we are wired for deep connection, not only within ourselves and nature, but through community and relationship.
These free drop-in calls offer a safe place for you to be seen and heard, for you to connect with like hearted and minded women.
I will guide you through simple practice into a deeper connection within.
For you to nourish your Yin. For when woman heals, the whole family heals.

For those who know me, have been on the courses, retreats, seminars, feel free to join in and touch base, to be nourished amongst a community of courageous women, to receive support, to explore your questions, to be seen and witnessed.

We are, upon request, meeting additionally on Saturday 3rd of October at 9 a.m. CET, Saturday 14th of November at 10 a.m.CET and Friday 18th of December at 2 pm CET! We will have more time to support you, to take a closer look at what needs attention and integration. These calls come at a contribution.

As we come together as women, our hearts wide open, we so often find that the stories of pain, of despair, of being lost, of hurt, turn into power as we restore integrity into our hearts and bodies.

As we meet each other without judgment, without prejudice, we alchemise our lived experiences into wisdom.
We begin to remember what we have forgotten, we inspire each other into compassion, effortlessness and courage, into a steady presence of Love.

We will spend approx 1 1/2 hours together.
